ADBA and UKC registration papers are being provided to the buyer with the sale of this puppy. Seller guarantees this dog is free from any communicable diseases as appears to the eye at the time of the sale. At the expense of the BUYER, this dog must be examined by a LICENSED VETERINARIAN within 24 hours after purchase. The time limit is because of those who purchase a dog and then take the dog to places where communicable diseases are present. If the LICENSED VETERINARIAN finds any genetic diseases wrong with the dog in the time limit after purchase, said dog can be returned to Southern Inferno Kennels for a dog of the equal value. You must bring proof of what the VET said and Southern Inferno Kennels holds the right to have their Veterinarian check said dog out at Southern Inferno Kennels expense before replacing said puppy. All dogs will come with a health record and their first shots and worming. Buyer agrees to have additional vaccinations given to the puppy on the schedule advised.
The buyer agrees to send a photo of the puppy between the date of sale and six months of age. In addition, the buyer agrees to send photos documenting the puppy's development after it's 1st birthday, and at least every 2 years thereafter.
Southern Inferno Kennels retains the right to use said dog (if male) for stud service at any time. No compensation shall be paid to the Buyer for service. Buyer will give signed service agreement to Seller at the time of the breeding. This concerns breeding to the seller only. NO intact male dogs will be studded out before said dog is a year of age.
Breeder reserves the right to reclaim said puppy, should the buyer be unable to provide adequate food, shelter, attention, veterinarian care or should the puppy be allowed to roam loose or be kept in such a way to endanger its life or safety. In the event the terms of this paragraph are invoked, breeder shall not be obligated to pay buyer any consideration in as much as buyer's breech shall be considered an abandonment of said dog.
The buyer understands that the seller cannot guarantee show quality. The breeder can only state an opinion as to show potential at the time of the sale. The breeder guarantees lineage as stated on the ADBA registration papers. It is understood that this dog is not sold for any illegal purpose. If at any time the buyer should decide that he/she can no longer keep said dog they MUST FIRST offer said dog back to the seller at 25% of the original price. If the seller Southern Inferno Kennels does not buy the dog back it can then be sold to another party once written permission is given.
The above contract is to be adhered to strictly, unless otherwise agreed and amended in writing by both breeder and buyer.
